The Raystown Striper Club is conservation oriented, with a keen eye toward improving fish habitat. As an organization, we have provided many man hours of service to the US Army Corps of Engineers. We build structure for fish habitat and help place them in the waters of the Raystown to benefit nesting and small fish. We have also provided many man hours toward lake clean up days, and also provided boats to remove trash and keep the water quality high and the beauty and aesthetics of Raystown like no other.

We welcome new members at our monthly club meetings or join us and receive a monthly newsletter and learn more about stripers or rockfish and Raystown Lake. Come enjoy the outdoors, help us stock stripers and continue to improve the quality of fishing at Pennsylvania's best striper or rockfish waters. The Raystown Striper Club also believes our future fishing is in the hands of kids. Every year we sponsor a kids panfish tourney. Complete with tackle, everyone’s a winner, everyone learns a little about fishing, and gets a hot dog and soda for their effort! Most importantly, kids who may otherwise not get the opportunity, get to go fishing. If you want to learn to fish, come on out, we will help you and your children learn.
